Shifting Sands

Shifting Sands captures the ethereal beauty and ever-changing character of the coastal dune environment. With its soft, windswept palette and delicate layering, the artwork reflects the quiet movement of sand across the landscape—sculpted by wind, weather, and time. Hints of native vegetation emerge tentatively from the slope, suggesting resilience amidst impermanence.

And Breathe

'And Breathe' is a gentle invitation to pause, to step back from the noise and pace of daily life and reconnect with the present moment. This piece captures the quiet beauty that so often goes unnoticed: a shift in light, a flutter of grasses, a breath drawn deeply and consciously. Through soft tones, subtle textures, and calming composition, it reminds us of the power in stillness. It speaks to the importance of slowing down, appreciating small details, and allowing ourselves the space to simply be. In a world that often rushes us forward, this artwork offers a moment of calm, a visual deep breath.

Time and Tide

Time and Tide explores the ongoing push and pull between land and sea. Solid, weathered rock sits against shifting water and sky, painted in loose, expressive strokes that suggest movement, erosion and change rather than precise detail. Warm, earthy tones are balanced with cooler coastal hues, creating a sense of both stability and motion.

There’s a quiet energy in the way the landscape holds its ground while being shaped by the elements.

Rich in texture and atmosphere, Time and Tide is a calm, reflective coastal piece that brings a grounded, natural presence to a space.

Slowly Revealed

This quirky floral still-life will add character and flair to your home. Created through a process of experimentation and natural discovery, this piece evolved organically until the vase and floral forms emerged. Bold, earthy colours and playful brushwork are a feature of this unique piece.

A Dance of Impermanence

“A Dance of Impermanence” explores the shifting nature of coastal dunes. Layers of colour and texture reflect the constant movement of sand, wind and scrub. Earthy tones and fluid marks suggest erosion and renewal, holding a fleeting balance between fragility and resilience, beauty and loss.
